Spacious, light, and modern 4-bed townhouse

I have 2 double rooms to rent in a lovely modern townhouse with all fixtures and fittings. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), and an additional WC. I keep 1 room free at all times, so that guests can come to stay too. There is also loads of extra space here with a large kitchen/diner, living room, utility, and garage for 3 people to share.

The house has some excellent outside spaces to make the most of the sunshine (when we're lucky enough to get it!!), with a large balcony at the front and a good-sized private garden at the back. The front of the house looks towards the Otley chevin, and the back provides a beautiful view of open farmland towards Bingley and Ilkley moors.

Both rooms come fully furnished including a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, and shelves. Having spent many years renting myself, I know the importance of a good bed and having enough space to move around! The beds have sprung slats and new mattresses, and both rooms are 4x3m in dimension.

Whilst neither bedroom for rent is en-suite, one room is adjacent to the house bathroom, the other is adjacent to the additional WC (on different floors), so you both have access to your own toilet, but share the bath/shower in the house bathroom.

I have broadband, sky plus, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish-washer, and off-street parking. All bills are included in the rent, so you don't need to worry about any extras at the end of the month!

The house is in Menston, meaning it is surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet is only 15 minutes away from Leeds by train. The train station is a 5-minute walk from the house, making it very easy to get around.

I'm a sociable person who likes good food, good chat, and a drink or two! I also love to make the most of Yorkshire, both in the countryside, and the city. If you're that sort of person, then we'll get along fine and I hope to hear from you soon!
