The rent cost is £125 per week (including all bills) and is paid in instalments. The next instalment is due 16th January 2015 and is £1612. 50 and the third instalment is the same price on the 17th of April 2015. The tenancy agreement requires that all tenants are out of the property by 11am 11th July 2015.
If you choose to start the contract before or after any of the instalment dates then the accommodation team will refund you the appropriate money.
