I am moving out of my flat at Saxton and need someone to take over my contract.
You will be living with a girl from Sydney she has just moved to leeds, friendly, easy to get along with and is up for a laugh.
The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. It is just near the ibis and the gateway complex. It's a lovely apartment floor to ceiling windows, in a gated complex with a big garden and BBQ areas.
The rent is 387. 50 per month this includes your telephone line as this has already been paid for the year just needing to pay £2. 50 per month for the broadband.
There is a £437. 00 deposit to pay. Which you will get back after the 12 month contract comes to an end.
Including bills, council tax and water. I would say it is a total of £490 - £500 per month. If you need parking this is an extra £50.
