One large double bedroom available in 2 bedroom flat at Echo Central 2 15 minute walk to city centre - current housemate moving out to go to University.
The room is pretty large with a new double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside table with plenty of room to move around.
I'm looking for somebody to fill the room that I can also get along with and enjoy spending nights in and nights out alike, but also knows when to have individual time. Basically somebody as easy going, clean and tidy as I am myself!
The flat has a large living / dining / kitchen area with a big balcony looking out over Clarence dock (gets sun all day round). One shared bathroom between the two rooms and also secure parking included underneath that I don't currently use (could look into subletting to save money on rent)
