Amazing central ensuite double awesome flatmates

Hi there, we’re Coralie and Alex and we’ve been living in Leeds for a year and are looking for another person to share with from mid-August as our current flatmate has just bought a house.

Location is great (LS1 4JL), West Point apartments on Wellington Street right next the train station and a short walk to central offices, the universities and shops.

The rent is inclusive of electricity, water, council tax, wireless broadband, Sky TV and LoveFilm.

The flat itself is modern and spacious, the bedroom being rented is fully furnished (as is the rest of the flat), has a double bed, desk, bedside table, wardrobe, own en-suite with a proper cubical shower and direct access onto the shared balcony.

Conveniently the ground floor also has a co-op supermarket so you won’t need to walk far with groceries!

The living room can comfortably seat eight to ten people across three large sofas and as the whole flat is south facing, the bedrooms and balcony get sunshine all day.

We are both fun, outgoing people looking for a professional female or postgraduate student aged 23 – 32. Our hobbies and interests include: climbing, cooking, baking, arts & crafts, reading, lots of games, singing, acoustic guitar, many gigs, kickboxing, gym and playing Pooh-sticks on the nearby river.
