I am currently due to move into the flat come September but my partner and I are looking for a replacement tenant. The flat is located in the city centre near Leeds met university and the university of Leeds. It has good transport links and is close to shops and restaurants in the city centre. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and a kitchen/lounge. It has parking for residents too. It's £515 per month and the bills are as follows; £8 for water, £20 for gas and electric is subject to useage. it's perfect for couples or a student living on their own. The minimum stay is one year but you can stay as long as you want by renewing your contract.
