Double bedroom close to the Unis and City Centre

We are a Portuguese couple looking for a nice and friendly housemate, we are 25 and 29 years old and both professionals.

Eliana- I work full time in retail, I love shopping, travelling, cooking, going to the gym, read, watch movies, run at the park and love a good night out. I also have a fashion diary blog. I would love to meet someone who have the same interests. We’re very clean and tidy.

David- I love to go to the gym, play football, watch movies, travelling, cooking and going out.

We have a spare double bedroom to rent at Woodhouse Lane (LS2), close to the:

City centre
Universities
Hide Park
Library Pub
Shops and restaurants

The bedroom is furnished(the mattress and the wardrobe are not showing up in the picture, but is included),and all bills are included apart the electricity bill.

The House has two bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, a good outside space, an off street parking and a private parking(extra cost).

The house also has broadband internet, TV and washing machine.

The rent is 360£ per month, but for couples is 420£. The room is available now.

We also have two lovely female cats (Lucky and Fluffy). They are very sociable and quiet.
