I'm Anna. I have a modern double room to rent in a great location in The Gateway Complex, near bus station and only 5 min walk from the City Centre. The room comes fully furnished. The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so you would have your own bathroom/toilet.
Current tenant moving out so great opportunity for a professional to move into a nice flat.
There is an open plan living room kitchen area and a large balcony. There is also an onsite gym just for the Gateway tenants. You would be welcome to use my fob to gain an access.
The rent would be on a Monday to Friday basis at £390 rent and bills included. Your bedroom would never be used by anyone but yourself.
Myself - I'm working full time during the week, usually relax in the evenings, odd meals out with friends, gym etc
