Young professional flatshare in City Centre

Hi,

I've have been living in Leeds for about 5 years now having went to uni here and then stayed for work. I've been in this flat for around 5 months, its a great location and I don't want to leave it!

I work a 9 to 5 job so I generally have my evenings and weekends free. I like going to gigs, cinema, theatre and going out for drinks and/or food with friends. Equally, I like staying in watching a good film or the occasional bit of trashy tv. I'm looking for a respectful but sociable flatmate.
Myself and my current flatmate have got on really well and really enjoyed living here together so I guess it would be nice to get someone who could be a friend as well as a flatmate.

Right, a bit about the flat...
The flat is really well-located in the city centre, right next to the bus station and a 5-10 minute walk from the train station. It also has the benefit of being off the main street as oppose to some of the other flats so there's no noise disruption from neighbours and bars in the surrounding area. It has a very spacious living area, with an open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge with a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped – it has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washer-dryer.
The bedroom to rent is a large double room with a big fitted wardrobe and an en suite. The flat is really nicely finished, and compared with other 2 bedroom flats that we viewed in the city centre, you get a lot for your money (if we do say so ourselves!)
In terms of bills, electricity will obviously be cheaper over the summer months - approximately £100 each per quarter, plus a further £50 each for water per quarter and the wifi is £5 each a month. Council tax is band D (approx. £60 each a month).
