There is a entrance hallway on the first level. The staircase leads to the first floor where there is the kitchen/lounge area, house bathroom and K's bedroom.

The kitchen has been recently refurbished with loads of storage, dishwasher, friges, gas hobs, electric oven, and limestone floors. Lounge area has sofa and tv.

The second floor up has H's bedroom, the laundry cupboard with washing machine and an area to dry your clothes and iron.

Then the bedroom that is being rented is on the second floor. It was a massive storage built in wall, wardrobe, bed and dressing table with chandeliers.

It could be perfect for someone who wants a home, with two other ladies.

The parking, the house has a visitor parking permit, and you can apply to the council to get a your residence car permit, the benefit is there is an alley that has 24/7 free parking so you can have loads of friends and family to park when they visit.

The house has been recently refurbished. With new carpets, soft grey painted walls, original Victoria features, stone bathroom floors and walls: its just fabulous to live in.

The room is fully furnished.

The location is awesome as its 10 mins walk to the train station. Located near the LGI so its perfect for doctors or nurses. Located by the university and a short walk into the centre of town. Is a quiet location so its perfect as you get the best of both worlds.

Its a place that needs to be viewed to be appreciated.
