Hi I have a room to let in my Leeds city centre apartment. Its at Whitehall Quay, 7th floor. All bills included in the price, suitable for professionals. I am 27 years old professional 9-5 kind of guy, I do smoke (Not in the room) so I would prefer someone who smokes or do not mind smoking. Please arrange a viewing to get a better idea. Bills also include 30 MB Internet connection (50 MB from May, June time) and TV. Suitable for professionals working in City Centre. Please note there is no car parking available.
