Hi,
I have a fully furnished, double, en-suite room to rent in my apartment.
The apartment is a 15/20 minute walk from Harvey Nics / Topshop in Leeds City Centre.
It takes me 20 mins to walk into the centre of Leeds.
The apartment is right next door to Echo Central which is those two very big apartment blocks going towards Cross Green.
Bills are included in the rent.
I am basically doing this to help with cash-flow so if all you are wanting is a month or two for a stop gap that would be great.
