Double ensuite room for rent near Leeds citycentre

Hi,
I am currently looking for a new flat mate to move into a spacious 2 bedroom flat, and the room available is a Double room with En-suite.

I live in a newly decorated flat which is about 15 minutes walk from Leeds City Centre and near the Clarence Dock area.

The flat has broadband and there is space for parking on the street with no meters or restrictions if necessary. Price includes all bills included (council tax, electric, water and internet).

I am quite relaxed and like to keep things clean and tidy and would like to find someone similar to live with and get on with and ideally be of a similar age. I'm a friendly a sociable person and do like to go out for food and drink, cinemas etc. and would like to live with someone similar.

I work in a 9-5 job but like to stay active after work and weekends. Looking for a sociable flat mate who would enjoy watching TV or going for a food/drink in town and would be good to make a new friend as well.

I am a vegetarian and would prefer to live with another vegetarian, if not then I hope it is not unreasonable if I ask if they would keep the kitchen clean and tidy after cooking.
