I'm looking for a new flatmate to sign my new tenancy with me. My flatmate has to leave but this flat is great so i'm looking to stay on.
The flat is really nice, fully furnished to a high standard with a large open plan living room/dining/kitchen with balcony and a pretty nice view (10th floor). The room is a good size with plenty of storage and you would pretty much have sole use of the house bathroom as my room is en-suite. It's a bigger flat than most I looked at when I moved to Leeds 18 months ago.
It's a short 10 minute walk into the city centre and there's an on-site shop and gym as well as 24 hour security.
