Room to rent in luxury Leeds city centre apartment

We are advertising 1 room in a 2 bedroom flat, which will be available for from March 2015 for a short period of time. The flat is located in the Riverside West building on Whitehall Road, 5-10 minutes walk from Leeds station and the city centre.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table in the available room. The room also has a TV ariel port. The occupier would have almost exclusive use of the master bathroom, as the main bedroom has an en-suite.

The living room has an open plan kitchen and big screen TV with DVD and Sky subscription. The apartment has wireless broadband internet. All bills are included in the monthly rent price advertised and parking is also included.

You will be living with a 29 year old, female professional, who enjoys TV, movies, music, (soul, R&B, jazz), fashion as well as going to the gym and general socializing.

A viewing would be necessary for the prospective tenant, and we may ask for references from previous landlords/agencies. The room is available for 7 days a week, though we would consider a 5 day let for a professional at a reduced monthly cost. We are making the room available for short-term lets, however, we would ideally like a one month minimum commitment.
