We are looking for 1 NEW HOUSEMATEs FOR 1 DOUBLE BED ROOM free in SEPTEMBER.

We are a house of 6, which sounds a bit chaotic but with two kitchens (re-built and fully furnished since December 2014) and two bathrooms, plus a huge living room, space is never an issue. The key selling points are the perfect location and proximity to town (10 minute walk to the train station) FREE PARKING (with permit), the quiet and green area, and the cheap rent! Bills are about £50-£60/month per person: this includes council tax (£20), water (£5), gas & electricity (about £20), and fast broadband (£5).

We are 6 young busy professionals. Due to work relocation rooms will be available (April).

We will answer ONLY to professionals, long contract, we would prefer a female to keep gender parity and ideally from abroad to keep the international atmosphere in the house.

Currently in the house: Vincent (French, which is leaving), Tiago (Portuguese), Jessica and Javier (Spanish), Liz(Candian) and John (British).

Shops around: the house is very close to a local grocery, and not far from Morrison's and Tesco. The nearest bus stop is 2 mins away by foot, and there's the 50p city bus just round the corner. The train station is 10 mins away by foot, and the bus station 15 mins away. You don't need a bus card if you work in the city centre!
