There is off street parking available, small patio area, good size lounge, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and shared bathroom (between 3). The room for rent is on the first floor and has a double bed, clothes storage, shelving unit and a desk.
We are a really friendly group, one studying sociology, one studying sport and one, civil engineering (all 3rd years). We like socialising, nights out etc but do like nights in as well! We would welcome either a male or female housemate...please get in touch! :D
