IQ Leeds is a 10 minute walk from Leeds College of Art and Leeds University and around a 15 minute walk to Leeds Beckett University. There's also a bus stop (that leads straight into town and has a bus that goes to Headingly) and a taxi rank directly outside of the accommodation. There's a Londis shop right around the corner which also contains a post-office with most things you'd need.

The property is a single room with an en-suite in a 5-person flat in the Postgraduate (nicknamed the 'quiet block') block of the IQ Accommodation.

The room can be available as soon as you'd like, preferably sooner than later! The end of the tenancy's contract (43 weeks) is 11/07/15. The cost per week is £99 (all inclusive) which includes rent, gas, electric, water and internet.

The room has its own en-suite with a 3/4 bed and under-bed storage, a wardrobe and drawers accompanied with a wall-length desk and bookshelf. The front room has a dedicated refrigerator and a dedicated freezer so there's plenty of storage space for food. There's also 2 cupboards and 1 drawer per person in the kitchen.

IQ accommodation itself has 2 car parks, a common area with a Sky digital and a Pool Table, a public laundry room and within the next 2 weeks there will be a Gym opening on the grounds too.
