2 minute walk from the major main roads. One turn can take you towards the co-op and the other way leads you towards Headingly and the universities. It has a corner shop just doors away and also 2 cafés and a salon on the next street and also the estate agents where the house is let from. The landlord is very good and is always a phone call away if any queries and comes round very quick if any problems, as do the estate agents. Train station 5 minute walk away.

The house is 4 stories. The lounge has 3 new sofas, a coffee table and a huge television. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes 2 fridge/freezers, dining table, washing machine, microwave, kettle, your own cupboards etc. Two main bathrooms within the house are fully furnished with a bath & shower and a sink and toilet.

All 3 rooms are of a decent size, all double bed each, an oak wardrobe, and a desk & chair. Both have had new carpets fitted and painted. Also have good curtains fitted to keep it private.
