3 Bedroomed house to share

Looking for a studentto share with. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dish washer and washer/dryer. Free to use anything in the house such as main TV and living area and bathroom, there is also a down stairs toilet which is not shown in the pictures. All bills included in the £90 p/w and money expected to be paid on a monday either cash or direct debit. Bedroom is freshly decorated but available to change if you don't like the colour. There is enough room to put a set of drawers and a desk or stand if wanted, triple wardrobes are already in the rooms so plenty of storage. If wanted we can put a lock on the 3rd bedroom door as the other two rooms have one on, house is also alarmed when everyone is out and at night.

House is situated just off Steinbeck Lane in Meanwood, not far from city and Headingly campuses, just a short drive or bus ride. The house doesn't have a driveway but there is a carpark at the back shared with residents around the area.

Signing of contract is required after making the mistake of not signing people before. If a shorter contract is required depending on the time spam rent will be more but is possible. Contract can be broken along as tenant finds someone else willing to live there and sign the contract for a fresh year, more details will be given if asked.
