Hi, we're looking for 4 people to replace 4 of us that are moving house in search for a new place. All rooms are fairly large with double beds and 3 bathrooms to share between 9 of you. There's a big living/dining room with flat screen TV and leather sofas. We have a small shared courtyard with the house next door and a patch of grass at the front. Perfect location for students, only 5 minute walk to University of Leeds. The rest of the housemates are all second year Uni students.
