The house features an impressive open plan basement kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms, the house is fully furnished to a good standard and is available for a very reasonable £76 per week (to be paid quarterly, or possibly monthly).
We are currently with Glide for our bills which is fixed at £11 per week each.
The tennancy is from 1st July for 1 year, but due to unforseen circumstances one of the residents has had to leave the property and the new tennant would need to take over his contract for the remainder of the agreement (until the end of June).
