Last room available in great 5-bed Victorian House

5 bedroom spacious house, ground floor renovated over summer, with large kitchen, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet.

Hi! One large room left in this great shared house. We're looking for a male to keep a good balance (male/female) in the house.

We have just moved in over the last couple of weeks and are looking for the last house mate. Someone who we'll feel comfortable and happy to live with, so the atmosphere is good for everyone!

Ground floor: brand new fully fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, etc.). Large living room with sofas. Toilet.

1st floor: 2 large and 1 small rooms. All with double beds, desks, wardrobes, etc. House bathroom.
- 1 large room available: £82 per week (£355 per month)
All bills included.

2nd floor: 2 other rooms (both taken, sorry!)

There is Gas Central Heating, laminated floors on ground floor, carpeted rooms, light decor, broadband and all the utilities included.

House is on Victoria Road, close to Headingley Centre and Hyde Park corner. Leisure facilities, shops, supermarket, banks, etc (5 mins walk). Cardigan Fields leisure complex only 10 mins walk.

Very good links to city and both universities (15mins walk to both) bus stops within 100m and Burley train station less than 5 mins walk.

We're looking for a male in mid 20s to join this friendly house share. Currently there are:
- girl in late 20s, just finished her masters at Leeds Uni,
- girl in late 20s, just arrived to teach Catalan at uni,
- guy in mid 20s, recent Leeds Uni graduate and now working in a student travel company,
- girl in mid 20s to move in over the next few days (we don't know much yet..)

All of us are from around Europe and would like to live with a mix of people, nationalities and languages. We would like to keep the house clean (no dirty dishes for 3 days..), looking for someone who won't have a problem with sharing cleaning duties. Someone who is happy to join occasional 1, 2 (or 7!) beers evening, a bbq, movie night, or even a hiking trip!

There's no minimum contract length, but preferably at least 3-4 months (December), with possibility to extend. The landlord is quite flexible about that, also a very nice interesting person!

Highly recommended for fun but respective young professionals, or mature, postgraduate students from Europe.
