Friendly, sociable housemate wanted in Hyde Park

Large spare room in a newly refurbished house in central Hyde Park Leeds.

We're a genuinely friendly, welcoming group of guys who would ideally like to live with someone who's also happy to be sociable. We're all hardworking students as this is our final year but we also like going out and enjoying student life.

The downstairs kitchen and lounge has been done up and looks great. The rooms are all of a good size. Generally we were really lucky to get the place for so little compared to other house prices/condition.

It's £76 per week and we do all our bills through Glide which equates to about a further £50 per month (meaning we have unltd heating/water/electricity)

All students/orientations welcomed - as a group we have really broad interests so as long as you're willing to make an effort I'm sure we'll have something in common.
