Spacious and cosy house in the Woodhouse area of Leeds. Only about a 20 minute walk from Leeds University and a 30 minute walk down towards the city center. However there close bus links. All rooms have double beds and have been maintained to a really high standard by the landlord. There are two bathrooms, one on the lower ground floor and one on the first floor. The kitchen is fully functional with a cooker, stove and a large fridge. The freezer is on the lower floor and also the washing machine and dryer. The living rome looks out on to the street with large windows, so theres lots of light and it is quite spacious and has three very comfortable sofas.
