Available Now Huge Double Room 2 Nice, Fun People

Hey!

I'm looking for someone to take my room in our flat immediately. Unfortunately because of some family things I need to move home. Looking for a student. £260 a month, plus bills. £260 deposit required, character reference from a job or school or university or previous landlord and copies of photo ID. Private Landlord, I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy completely which is until July 2015.

So.....The flatmates are awesome, Gin is 21, works at Brudenelle Social Club and is about to start a part-time college course in production design, she's really fun, creative and easy going; Max is 22, has been working as a fundraiser for Charity but is about to go into his third year of an art degree. He's also really into music (his room is full of instruments) and is also friendly, fun etc. I'm looking for someone they'll get on with, they're both very socialising, they like to party a normal amount but mostly out of the house, and they like to chill with each other when they're in but respect each others space.

The Room is a Double, with huge windows, loads of light, a large desk and lots of shelving. The flat is on Woodsley Road which is only about 15-20 min walk from town, it's a really nice area, lots of little grocery shops, right near the Brudenelle social club so you can go play some pool or watch some gigs :) There is a dining kitchen, separate living room and bathroom with shower over bath. Please bear in mind we've only been there a month or so, so if it's looking a bit stark it will become more homely/put pictures up/rugs etc :)
