The house is a large Victorian villa. It is in one acre of grounds on a very quiet private road and there is ample parking.

Plenty of secure storage for bikes, close to easy cycling on towpath, or dedicated cylcle lane on main road into Leeds, or easy access to more challenging terrain on back roads to Otley.

The bedroom is a large room with plenty of light and pine furniture. Plenty of fitted wardrobe space and drawers in the dressing room, plus dressing table (doubles as desk?). There is a luxury en-suite, with separate shower and large corner bath.

Excellent bus service into Leeds; or about 500m from the canal tow path (passing the secluded local pub, on the way). There are a number of good restaurants/bars within easy walking distance. (Kobe is very close).

There is WiFi throughout the house. 60” TV in the lounge with Sky HD and a good spec Home Cinema system. Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Dishwasher, Large kitchen with two ovens. Masses of storage space including dry cellars beneath the whole house.

Very large conservatory and a selection of lawns and terraces for relaxing or entertaining.
