A spare double bedroom and a bathroom, in a 2 double bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Magellan House is available.
The flat is fully furnished at good standard.
The flat is on the 4th floor, within 15 minutes walk from the train station and city centre.
The rent is 370 per month including expenses (council tax, bills) which usually amount to around £100 per month per person. I'd also want a contribution to the deposit, as the tenancy will remain in my sole name for the short term.
There's off road car park available below the building.
Television (including TV license) + Internet connection is available.
I'm a 29 years old Indian man who works as a Software Engineer for EE. I am looking for a clean and tidy person to share the flat with.
