Nice rooms in 5 bed shared Victorian House

5-bedroom spacious house, renovated over summer, with large kitchen, living room, bathroom and a separate toilet.

Hi! Two of us moving in over the next few days, there are 3 rooms left.

We are putting an advert up to find housemates who we'll feel comfortable and happy to live with, so the atmosphere is good for everyone!

Ground floor: brand new fully fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, etc.). Large living room with sofas. Toilet.

1st floor: the remaining rooms - 2 large and 1 small. All with double beds, desks, wardrobes, etc. Full bathroom.

2nd floor: 2 other rooms (taken, sorry!)

There is Gas Central Heating, laminated floors on ground floor, carpeted rooms, light decor, broadband and all the utilities included.

House is on Victoria Road, close to Headingley Centre and Hyde Park corner. Leisure facilities, shops, supermarket, banks, etc (5 mins walk). Cardigan Fields leisure complex only 10 mins walk.

Very good links to city and both universities (15mins walk to both) bus stops within 100m and Burley train station less than 5 mins walk.

We're looking for 3 more people in mid 20s to join this friendly house share. We are both Leeds university graduates (or soon to be!) from Europe, would like to live with a mix of people, nationalities and languages. We would like to keep the house clean (no dirty dishes for 3 days..), looking for someone that won't have a problem with sharing cleaning duties. Someone who is happy to join occasional 1, 2 (or 7!) drinks evening, a bbq, tv night, or even a hiking trip!

There's no minimum contract length, but preferably at least 4 months (end of December), with possibility to extend, as the landlord is quite flexible about that, also a very nice interesting person!

Highly recommended for fun but respective young professionals, or mature, postgraduate students.
