How to get to:-
It is a 10 minute walk to the Engineering faculty, and around 15 minutes to the Union building.
Central Headingley is a 15 minute walk along the Woodhouse Ridge path – Woodhouse Ridge is surprisingly rural.
The City Centre is walkable – e. g. the Railway Station takes 30 minutes. Hyde Park Corner is a 7 minute walk.
Nearby facilities:-
There is a convenience store that is open early till late 100 metres away, bus routes 55, 50 go along Mayville Road into town (there are more frequent services from outside the many takeaways next to the Pack Horse (10 mins walk).

We are a small family run business with 7 properties offering high quality shared accommodation for students in the Leeds 6 area, on Hartley Avenue, Burchett Terrace and Hartley Crescent in 1, 4 and 6 bedroom configurations.
We have been letting to students since 1985 and Mrs Blythe is a Unipol 'Golden Landlady', We have been members of Unipol since 1989 without complaint. We own and manage the properties ourselves so we offer excellent service and look after the properties and tenants - it's our livelihood.
We have been Leeds students ourselves so we know what is expected of a landlord. We offer help and assistance when things do not go as planned and explain what courses of action need to be taken by the tenant and us.
We don’t have office hours so we can (and do) receive after hours calls for emergencies and act on them quickly.

Being small we can be flexible and we understand if a student loan is late and encourage tenants to be open and honest as we are.
We have experience in housing overseas students, especially Erasmus students and will assist overseas students in settling in and finding housemates.
We encourage tenants to report small defects so they can be attended to before they become big defects. We know each property inside out and keep on top of repairs and maintenance.
Copies of safety certificates, HMO licence where appropriate and a user guide are available in each property.
We don’t charge signing, credit checking, key handover or any other spurious fees. We use the standard Unipol contract.
Deposits are held with the Deposit Protection Service – in the nearly 30 years we have been operating we have withheld deposits on less than five occasions.
We don’t just take the money, give out keys and run.
