The apartment includes one bathroom, a shared living and kitchen area with a dish washer, large fridge freezer and washer/dryer. Bills not included.
There is also a balcony overlooking the river and from which there are great views of the cityscape. Parking is available if required.
I am a postgraduate law student looking for a flatmate (student or professional) who is considerate and clean. I'm easy to get along with and respectful of others. During the week I'll be staying in relaxing or studying and at weekends I enjoy socialising with dinners and drinks out.
