Big and cute room in leeds shared with two girls

Hi! Its sara, I have to leave this house because I have found a job in Spain. I live with tow girls, Sonia and ann! They are lovely, sonia is from russia and anne from england, both studying medicine. They like shopping, jogging, going out, making dinners at home... They want somebody that make hose life, they want a new friend! The house is newly refurnished, has new furniture, a big kitchen and a big patio, a big living room, all new! The bathroom has a bath and a shower, the room is really big, has double bed, a sink and a walk in wardrobe. The house is just in fornt of the bus stop, which comes every 10 minutes, and it only takes 10 minutes to get into the center, the house has around, tow supermarkets, petrol station, coffes, restaurants... Everything you need!! The rent is 270 per month plus bills around 30 pounds per month! And the deposit is 200 pounds!
