Room to take over

I have decided to focus on getting work experience and defer my year at leeds met doing graphic design to help my future opportunities. Amazing big house 3 Ash Grove in hyde park. Big room with a double bed thats fully furnished. 2 minute walk from sainsburys and booze bin along with various food take aways. 15 minute walk to leeds uni and leeds met city campus and 15/20 minutes to headingly. Huge open plan living room and modern kitchen space. 3 bathrooms/toilets and lots of space with big hallways and furnished rooms. Really sad i wont be able to live there but the 6 boys are fantastic really chilled lovely people that like to have a good time play lots of fifa/gta chill watch films and play football but also get their heads down and work hard especially as this is a third year house. One lovely girl who works hard and will probably end up cleaning up the house for you. Looking for someone whos up to have a good time chill out and also work hard with a great bunch of people. Im aware the rent is slightly expensive but bills are minimal as we paid the same last year and the house is definitely worth it!
