Very nice, freshly renovated house. 10 minutes walk to Leeds University. House has a large kitchen, living room with LCD TV and three toilets; one per bedroom. House is normally unfurnished but we have put our own furniture.
I am moving to live with my friend and so I look for a person to take over my room.
Because house is normally unfurnished I would like to take things from my bedroom but the rest of the house stays fully furnished. If a new occupant would like to use my furniture I can rent them for £100 for a year. That would include:
-Large king size bed with quality mattress
-Desk
-Large, solid wood chest of draws
-Canvas wardrobe
-Shelf
-Mirror in the kitchen
Rent is £287 + bills (these are very low, about £60 a month)
The agency we rent a house from will require; a guarantor or a monthly profit of a full time worker.
