I have booked a room in IQ Student Accommodation for 42 weeks, as I will move to a new city so I can't stay here anymore. I would appreciate if someone can take over my contract with a deposit of £200 (£50 off from the amount I have paid) which will be refundable at the end of your tenancy (£250).
Also, as I rebooked the current room I am living in now, you can stay or leave your belongings in the room over the summer from 21/08/2014 (the official start date is 14/09/2014) for free. All bills included I guarantee you won't have to pay a penny extra!
I have been living in this apartment for 4 years, it's a really nice place to live in for a student: clean, quiet with 24hr security contact, the reception was very helpful.
