The rent is £340 PCM and we each contribute an additional £100 PCM into a joint account which covers electricity, gas, water, TV licence, council tax and sky TV/broadband.

There is a deposit of £410 and a signing fee of £85+VAT. This property is through the letting agents Linley and Simpson. They have asked us to find a new tenant.

The property is officially available from 8th September 2014 with a 12 month contract. There will be an opportunity to move in around the end of August if this would better suit.

Currently 3 young professional females occupy this house, one is moving out hence we are looking for a new tenant. We would like a female housemate to share with. We both work shifts so someone with similar work pattern would be ideal but we are flexible. No students or couples please.

We are both pretty relaxed, enjoy going out and having a proper drunken night when we're off work but also love nights in, take aways and chilling out!
