2 double rooms available in a lovely 4 bed house, located 5 mins away from Hyde-park corner. The rent is £240 a month and the deposit is just £150 which is all you need to pay before you can move in.
The house is fully furnished and the rent includes the water bills and internet but gas and electric bills are split equally between the housemates when the bill comes (usually every 3months).
The new tenants will be sharing the house with myself and another female in her late 20s. We both work unsociable hours and often get home in early hours of the morning, so it wouldn't be ideal for those who are light sleepers working shifts. We want people who are clean, tidy and easy to get along with. We like to have a laugh and are easy going but it is important new housemates are down to earth, honest and respectful of our privacy.
