The flat is situated in the Brewery Wharf development of the city centre, which is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station, the bus station and the main shopping areas. There is a local Sainsbury's less than 2 minutes away.

The flat is spacious with an open plan living room/kitchen and the bedroom is a furnished, double room with access to the flat's main bathroom as the other bedroom has an en-suite.

A car parking space is not included within the rent however there is an underground car park with available spaces which can be rented separately.

The room is available from 20th September.

Bills are on average £125 per month on top of the price of the rent, which includes council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband and TV license (therefore £475 per month in total). The flat is currently managed by a letting agent and there is a one-off admin fee of £195.

I'm looking for someone to move in as my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend but the flat is homely (and reasonably priced) so I don't really fancy moving. I also have several good friends living in the area and want to stay close to the city centre.

I consider myself pretty laidback, sociable and a friendly person. I'm originally from Northern Ireland but have been living and working in Leeds for three years. I work in a law firm in the city centre and can work reasonably late nights every so often. Therefore during the week nights I like to chill out and enjoy the occasional glass of wine. During the weekends I like shopping, going to the cinema or getting ready for nights out with friends.
