It is a lovely 2 bedroom, semi-detached house in Colton. It is right on the main bus route to Leeds City Centre and is 10 min walk away from Cross Gates train station - the train is then 7 minutes into Leeds.
There is a single room available with a shared lounge, bathroom, kitchen/diner, lovely garden with deck, including BBQ and driveway with enough room for 2 cars.
The room is becoming available on 1st August but am open to availability.
