The house is located in Woodhouse, in a peaceful part of a student area. Bills are included in the price (including Virgin Broadband, and the full Sky TV package on a 50" tv)
There are 2 Bathrooms, 3 toilets, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, large american fridge, microwave, oven, grill & BBQ.
Our landlady is based in London, but has a team of builders, painters, electricians etc based in Leeds ready to fix or replace anything in the house (free of charge)
It is a fantastic house, especially compared to the standard of most student houses, and will be happy arrange a viewing on request. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
