Our current housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend and we would really like someone to fill his place. We are looking for a tidy, sociable male that is outgoing and tidy.
We live in a duplex apartment that has on street parking. We have a furnished double room available. £250 a month including all bills, tv and Internet.
A bit about us -
We are all professionals (all will be 23 at the end of July). We are sociable, friendly and tidy. During week days we like to chill out after work and then on the weekends we try and do something exciting or have a night out and then nurse our hangovers. We would prefer to have someone who is willing to be sociable with us.
