1 Double Room to Rent/ Meanwood area

I am moving out of this house due to getting a job in another city. We have already lived in the property for 2 years and my stay here has been great. The housemates are top blokes and I will miss the place a soooo much.

Where is the house and whats the room like?

This is a modern build town house located in the Meanwood area of Leeds. The house overlooks a beautiful square, tannery and river bridge just off the meanwood valley trial. A two minute walk to major supermarkets and shops, a ten minute walk to Headingley and a 15 minute bus ride into the city centre.

This is an en suite bedroom fully equipped with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and an ensuite bathroom (including shower). Photos and virtual tour available upon request.

Who are the current tenants?
Two young professional men working in the Leeds area - one primary school teacher and one Rugby development officer. Both very out-going, fun-loving and excellent housemates. Always work together to keep the house clean and always create a positive climate based on mutual respect.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a young professional or post-graduate student. Our ideal tenant would be caring, outgoing and would love a few beers on Friday after a long week at work.

Any type of tenancy agreement would be subject to an initial meet.
