Fun loving students in a spacious house looking for two housemates!

We have two large spacious double rooms available to rent in our 9 bedroomed house) for £65 per week (could be £60 depending on room size) starting from July 2014. Rent includes water bill.

Facilities include two large bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi etc.

We're all third year students at University of Leeds and into the obvious student stuff like going out, chilling, cooking meals together, going to gigs etc., but also can get our heads down when we need to! We're looking for two like minded people to come live with us, we're really friendly and would make sure you feel welcome :)
