Hi and thanks for taking a look at my ad.

I have a lovely double room in my 3 bed 3 storey townhouse available for a professional. The house is available now for a short term let only until mid April.

The house is situated within easy reach of the city centre, Headingley, motorways, Bradford and North Leeds. It is also walking distance to the recently opened Kirkstall Bridge retail park where there is a Pure Gym.

Your room is on the middle floor and has a double bed, 3 door wardrobe, 5 drawer chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables so plenty of storage including room under the bed. You will almost have sole use of the main bathroom as I have an en-suite. The third bedroom is currently a study which you can have shared use of and will fit another desk should you have one to bring.

The house has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave and all cooking equipment. Broadband is available and Sky TV in the living room. The house has a lovely enclosed landscaped garden which has a large decking area perfect for summer bbq's, entertaining and enjoying the sunshine. Lots of free street parking available outside the house.

I am a clean and tidy 33 yr old professional working regular office hours so fairly quite in the week and relaxing at the weekend. Definitely not a party house. I also have a very friendly cat.

Price is for someone who is looking to rent full time at £125pw which is all inclusive of bills inc sky, internet, and cleaner twice a month. Will also consider weekly rent if preferred as well as part time let, please contact me for rent adjustment details.
