I have decided to live seperately to current flatmates and need someone to take over my contract.

Deposit is £100. Rent is £110 pppw including bills.

The room on offer is a ground floor double bedroom, with large ensuite facilities with a shower. The house is very clean and open. It has recently been renovated and is therefore very modern and feels fresh and bright.

The photos do not do it justice at all, and i believe there is proper sofas in the living room now.

The house is on Cardigan road (burley road end) which is a direct route to the booming student area of headingley as well as being just a mile away from the university and in walking distance of the city centre.

The current household is 4 female student nurses. They are all bright and bubbly and enjoy socialising with others, enjoy a good night out and sports such as surfing and swimming. Reasonably clean and tidy and like to make the home feel warm and welcoming. Social people are welcome and the girls will be more than happy to have another person in the group to go out and socialise with. But if you are wanting to keep yourself to yourself then your privacy will be respected.
