This house is in a good location!
Buses are easily accessible, Burley Park train station is a five minute walk away and its a 15-20 minute walk to the city campus and a close commute to Headingley campus! Perfect location, close to many take aways, pubs, supermarkets and the picture house.

This four story town house is spacious- every room is a large double, and are well furnished with desks, chairs, double beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers. The kitchen is modern and with two new hobs being installed, two ovens, two fridge- freezers and a dishwasher! There is even a separate dining room, a shared living space with three leather sofas and flat screen tv.
We have two bathrooms and three toilets.

The six tenants: They all study at Leeds Met university with a variety of degrees ranging from Music to Marketing!

Everyone is laid back, relaxed, friendly, out going, and we love going out and having parties. We love people coming over and your friends will always be welcome. You are guaranteed to have a fun year with us! We are all easy to chill with and friendly.
