This is a room in a Unipol-owned property in Woodhouse, Leeds. It's a 10-15 minute walk to University and a short hop to the city center. The house is fully furnished and comes with a spacious kitchen inc. dishwasher, two bathrooms\toilets, two fridge\freezers, and big-ass TV. The room itself will have a double bed.
The tenants are physics\maths students who will be in their third year. Generally quiet and studios and easy to get along with.
This is the nicest house we've found the whole time we've been house-hunting.
