One Housemate Needed For A 5 Bedroom House. £87pw

I am coming to the end of my university experience and I have decided that l will not be moving into the house I signed for with my four friends. I therefore need a replacement, and trust me, you wont regret it!

The house itself is 44 Cliff Mount and is located near Hyde Park, near the Woodhouse accommodation, close to both City and Headingly Campus. The house has five large bedrooms, all that fit a double bed. It has a decent sized kitchen complete with a dining table and a gas cooker. Furthermore, in the basement there is a cosy lounge, with two double sofas as well as a POOL TABLE! The house also has a bath, shower and two toilet rooms.

With bills included, (gas, electricity, WiFi, water, etc) the cost of the house is £89 per week which is very reasonable for what is included.

Your four house mates (3 boys, 1 girl) are the most welcoming people you will ever meet, accommodating for your every need when possible and always up to have a good laugh.
