Whole top floor (includes 2 rooms, one furnished with double bed and fitted double wardrobe, other one with an extra wardrobe and a desk) available in lovely, recently renovated 3-bed house with one other friendly and considerate young professional housemate.

It's a sociable house but not a party house - although love cooking and getting the big table out so a few friends can come round for dinner, a glass of wine and a good natter.

The house has a large dining kitchen, furnished to a high standard, plus a spacious lounge with cable TV and unlimited wifi internet throughout.

Small landscaped garden terrace and lawn to the front (with garden furniture and BBQ) will be made full use of this summer!

The third (single) bedroom is kept as an office/spare room so there is plenty of space for visiting friends to stay over.

The house is double fronted with ample street parking, on the quiet end of a street away from the main road. Cross Flatts Park (where I go running/cycling and sit out in the summer) is 2 mins walk away.

All the neighbours are very friendly and most are home owners/families/elderly who say hello if they see you in the street.

Convenient location for Leeds city centre, with bus stop at the end of the street (10/15 mins into town) or you can walk it in 30/40 mins. Taxi to train station is less than £5. Local shops, supermarket, baker, butcher all within 5 mins walk.

Also resident: one small cat - very friendly. Sleeps most of the time but also happy to chase round after a piece of string for hours if you want a play!
