House share, looking for sociable new house mate!

We are a group of three house mates, advertising a room as our fourth is moving out. Looking for somebody to join our group!

We work during the week but enjoy week night trips to the cinema, pub quizzes etc... Weekends we like to go on trips and have nights out! We usually have people over but, being beyond our student days don't go too crazy!

The description of the house from when it was originally advertised... "The house is set over 3 floors and briefly consists of a large living room following through to a modern kitchen with dining area. The top 2 floors have 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The house has recently been redecorated and is presented in neutral colours and modern furnishings. There is plenty of space in the living room and the kitchen comes with a separate dining area and fully equipped with all mod cons. The bedrooms are all large and of equal size, and each has a wash basin for personal use. Furthermore there is a bathroom on each of the upper floors, so no fighting for the shower in the mornings.

The house can be found on Bentley Lane, between Meanwood and Headingley. There is an easy bus route into the city centre and Waitrose supermarket is just a few minutes away. The bars and shops of Headingley are just a 5 minute walk away.

To the front of the property is a small entrance yard and on street parking is available with no need for a permit. To the rear is a paved area ideal for BBQs and entertaining." We actually have two rooms available so you can have a choice of bedroom!
